Application and Progress of Gas Well Pressure Operation Device Technology in Sulige Gas Field

On the basis of introducing the current status of workover and re-production technology in the Sulige Gas Field, the pressurized operation technology and process flow are described, and the key technology for pressurized operation is the tubing plugging and blowout prevention control system. The technical difficulties of the operation include: stuck drill, poor bridge plug setting, pipe string corrosion and perforation, complex drilling tools and the presence of two or more chokes in the well, and corresponding solutions have been proposed for each technical difficulty. Point out the Sulige Gas Field Gas wells in the middle and late stages of development are produced by workover operations under pressure, which not only does not pollute the production zone, but also increases and stabilizes the daily output of a single well and prolongs the production time of the gas well; the development of the wellhead under pressure cutting device successfully solved the problem of complex drilling under pressure. The problem of difficulty in tripping out has broadened the application fields of work under pressure.
