Design and research of low pressure working device

By analyzing the current research and application status of pressurized operation equipment at home and abroad, aiming at the characteristics of low pressure, low permeability and low production in my country's oilfields, and combining the specific conditions of pressurized operation equipment in oilfield production, a set of stability and automation has been designed and developed. High degree, convenient transportation and installation, production of low pressure working device. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of pressure working equipment are analyzed, and the composition and working principle of the pressure working system are described. According to the specific national conditions of our country, the low type pressure working equipment is determined as the research object. The main technical parameters of the lifting system, slip system, and blowout prevention system of the working device under pressure are determined, and the structural design of these components is given. According to the requirements of API Spec16A and GB/T201742006, the overall structure design of low-profile working under pressure is carried out. The wellhead blowout prevention system is the core part of the pressure operation device, and the blowout prevention system of the pressure operation equipment has been researched and designed. The working principle of the ram blowout preventer and the annular blowout preventer are analyzed, and their main components are introduced. On this basis, the overall structure of 2FZ18-35 double-ram blowout preventer and FH18-35 annular blowout preventer was designed. Use ANSYS software and finite element theory to simulate and statically analyze the blowout preventer shell, and get the large value of equivalent stress, large value of deformation and the position of occurrence. The results show that the shell strength meets the requirements under the pressure level of 35MPa.
